When selling a residence or other property many national lending institutions and most large mortgage companies will require this inspection and certification prior to funding the loan. A septic system inspection gives protection for everyone involved in a real estate transaction.

Septic Installation & Repair

We determine appropriate tank size, location, technology portions, and leach field/ drain field layout and planning. We also locate underground septic systems and check with your local county or city for requirements. We work within your budget and on your schedule!

Municipal System Sewer Hookups

To perform a sewer hookup, a main line must be installed from your home to the municipal system. We can help take care of this crucial step quickly and economically. Grey Water Treatment System

Greywater is wastewater from bathtubs/showers, bathroom sinks, and washing machines but does not include wastewater from toilets, kitchen sinks or dishwashers. A greywater system uses greywater for subsurface irrigation for landscape. We can help you plan and install a greywater system for your home.

Grease Traps / Interceptors

Grease traps / interceptors are installed between the restaurant drain and the sewer line, thereby allowing the FOG (fats, oil and grease) to be separated, collected and disposed of prior to reaching the municipal wastewater system. We install, maintenance and repair grease trap systems to your needs and local regulations.
